Event Description

Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is known for its moonbow, or lunar rainbow at Cumberland Falls. It is one of two predictable moonbows in the world; it can be seen under a full moon with a clear sky. On the first night of a five-night cycle it is usually visible about an hour after dark. Add a half hour each night thereafter in the cycle. Naturalist staff will be on hand on Moonbow weekends to interpret this mysterious event.
