Time: 9AM - 11:30AM Location: Barren River State Park Beach Event DescriptionThe Friends of Barren River Lake proudly announce that the First Annual Poker Run on the Barren will take place on Saturday, July 31 with registration taking place at the State Park Beach from 9am to 11:30am. The entry fee for each player is $25. All boats must return to the State Park Beach by 4pm. Food will be available for sale from Bar-B-Q Express. Brochures and information about this event are available for pickup at the lake marinas, the State Park, the Glasgow-Barren County Chamber of Commerce as well as other locations around town. In Glasgow, you can call 270-651-3161 and a brochure will be mailed or e-mailed to you. This event is a fundraiser for the Friends group who sponsor the Annual Trashmasters Lake Shore Cleanup in September and the July 4 Fireworks Extravaganza at the State Park. |
