Liberty Receives Dual Certification by World-Wide Organizations

Liberty President Joy Downing announced the dual certification by World-Wide Organizations:€“ FSC and SFI. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified Liberty in January 2008. FSC is an international organization whose mission is to promote responsible management of the world'€™s forests. The Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) also certified Liberty on June 5th, 2008. The SFI program certifies
companies based on a comprehensive system of principles, objectives, and performance measures that were developed by professional foresters, conservationists, and scientists.

"€œThe green awareness movement is rapidly gaining momentum," stated Downing.  "€œWe specifically sought to achieve FSC/SFI Chain of Custody certification because we view it as our responsibility as a market leader to not only support the practice of responsible forestry, but to provide our customers with access to paper that is verified as environmentally conscious."

Liberty provides clients with a "€œgreener"€ alternative when printing. This helps conserve renewable and non-renewable resources and gives more and more organizations an opportunity to partner in preservation and environmental awareness.
