We'll start your Wednesday with a few lingering showers, but they'll push out of the region as the day progresses. Otherwise, look for cloudy skies during the afternoon and noticeably cooler as highs only reach the low 40s. We'll temporarily warm up to around 50 late this week before our next colder blast of air arrives. Highs near the freeze mark and lows in the teens are forecast for the weekend.
