WNKY-TV’s Radar the weather dog has been chosen to represent South Central Kentucky for Spay Day USA 2008.  Several events will be held to spread the word on how spaying and neutering improves pets’ lives.  Local humane organizations and veterinarians will be providing low-cost spay/neuters in South Central Kentucky during the month of February.

TV personality, Radar the weather dog, joined Judge Executive Michael Buchanon and Mayor Elaine Walker at City Hall on Monday, February 4th for the Spay Day USA 2008 joint proclamation signing for Warren County and the city of Bowling Green.  For more information on Spay Day USA 2008 Events and Radar the weather dog visit the WNKY-TV website, WNKY.NET.

Radar the weather dog was adopted from the Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society in 2005.
