Franklin is being considered for an entertainment venue that could employ hundreds of people. Although officials are offering few details; a vote on tax incentives that could help lure the venue is slated for Monday Greenwood high school freshman Giuliana D'Adamio collected and donated some 480 books and 100 magazines to BRASS as she is working toward a Congressional Award, a demanding program that encourages altruistic and public service work among high school students. Dart Corp., a foam container maker, and the biggest employer in Hart County, recently opened a foam recycling bin in Horse Cave next to the Dart facility. It’s one of eight Dart foam drop-offs and the first foam recycling bins in the state. |
