Skywatch40 Saturday Webcast 2-27-2010
Expect increasing clouds Saturday with a few isolated rain and snow showers across South Central Kentucky, especially in locations to the north and east of Bowling Green. A disturbance rotating around a storm system in the northeastern section of the country will bring only a very slight chance of rain showers to the area. High of 43. Any leftover precipitation may fall in the form of a few snow showers or flurries again later this evening as temperatures become colder with lows in the mid 20s. The second half of the weekend will be nicer with partly sunny and drier conditions. Highs remain in the mid 40s on Sunday. A better shot of some scattered rain/snow showers is possible by Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. Meteorologist Jay Brandon |
