Holy Spirit Catholic Church parishioners made the miles-long trek to their new church on foot Sunday afternoon. Hundreds participated, with many carrying items of a religious nature. The church's new home is on Smallhouse Road near the exit from Basil Griffin Park. Logan County is supposed to be moving into its new judicial center in a few days. Is this project and other new justice centers under construction (including one in Allen County) adding unecessarily to the state’s judiciary budget for which Justice Minton said needed an additional $100 million. |
