We'll continue to see a few more clouds over the next 24 hours in South Central Kentucky as a low pressure system tracks northeast along the Atlantic coast. Low temperatures will be around 30 tonight. High temps on Wednesday will be a few degrees colder than today and unseasonably cold (about 10 degrees below normal) in the low to mid 40s. We may see greater amounts of sunshine by late day, especially in areas west of Bowling Green. A big warm up and beautiful sunny days are ahead for the rest of the week! Expect brilliant sunshine for Thursday and Friday and highs closer to average around the 50-degree mark. Temps will actually be above average by the weekend with highs around 60. Saturday looks to be the nicest day with mainly sunny skies, then by Sunday night into early next week, slight chances of rain showers return to the region.
