Skywatch40 Wednesday Evening Webcast 3-3-2010
High pressure will build in across the region for the rest of the week and bring much improved weather to South Central Kentucky. We'll see some partial clearing this evening with skies becoming mostly sunny by Thursday morning. Lows in the mid 20s. A nice, welcome warmup is ahead starting tomorrow. Expect daytime highs in the mid to upper 40s, then more seasonable temperatures in the 50s by Friday and Saturday. Generous amounts of sunshine will continue right through the start of the weekend. Temps will actually rise a few degrees above average to around 60 by Sunday and Monday. A cold front will approach the area from the northwest early next week with chances of scattered rain showers. Have a great day! Meteorologist Jay Brandon |
