Skywatch40 Sunday Evening Webcast 8-29-2010
We continue to see a partly cloudy sky across much of the area, rain continues to push northward from the Gulf--some areas across the region have already seen some light showers this Sunday. For the rest of us, there is the isolated chance of showers and a possibly thunderstorm for the rest of the evening and into Monday. Lows tonight will be around 70, while highs for Monday mimic our temps today in the upper 80s. Dry and hot conditions are in our forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday before relief comes in the form of a cold front Thursday into Friday. That frontal system will bring the chance of isolated thunderstorms, but it looks to be completely cleared out just in time for Labor Day weekend. Lindsey Collins |
