Warren Central High School student Emily Foust is the first-place winner of the St. Louis Federal Reserve Essay Contest for the Louisville Branch. Foust's essay "On-line Sharecropping: The Monetizing of Free Labor", earned her a $500 savings bond. The essay was an assignment in her honors economics class at WCHS. Foust won over competition throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana. Her essay will eventually be published at http://www.stlouisfed.org/education/essay/
