Greenwood High School junior Jennifer McCool has been awarded a Shelby Davis Scholarship to attend Li Po Chun United World College in Hong Kong this fall. It is a two-year International Baccalaureate program combining rigorous academic studies and community service with the demands of living within a community characterized by cultural, social, and racial diversity. She was one of 50 American students who received this scholarship to attend United World College. Twenty-five students are sent to the U.S. campus and 25 are sent to the sister schools abroad. McCool will be one of four Americans in the Hong Kong school.
